It's simply false that Biden opposed desegregation and it doesn't matter how many times you say differently. What he opposed was one specific remedy for one specific group; a position held by an overwhelming majority of Americans at the time. He also mused that forcing that unpopular remedy on an unwilling populace might lead to a violent backlash; a reasonable, if perhaps, overstated fear.
None of which proves your absurd take that any of this makes Joe Biden a "racist". And I have stated numerous times I think his position was wrong; heck, I got teargassed and had a police baton swung at me during a demonstration in favor of a mandatory busing order in Boston in the early seventies.

What he was talking about when he said buying was his tax BRIBE to corporate CEO's and the trillions of that never went to rebuilding our manufacturing here in the US like Trump touted as the rationale for the big tax cut, in fact the money was used for stock buy backs and not one flukking PENNY to rebuild anything here.
Biden's chips bill does that directly, putting billions into building new chip plants here in the states and I hope the HELL they get built before China attacks Taiwan, and I would not be a BIT surprised if they attack Taiwan BECAUSE the chips bill has passed so we DON'T have local plants able to make chips when China screws things up to the point where no chips come out of Taiwan till the blackmail bit is complete. You know, demands for an end to pushing for war crimes or other political matters China does not want international courts to look into.
Or big increases in prices of the chips and so blackmailing the entire planet depending on those chips for cars and TV's and computers and the like.
