It’s was a cunning plan by Aye Benon Exis Tant from the Saudi-Afghanitowel region of Lebanon in 1987.
The gist of the plan was to cause major disruption in London busses and the underground.
They didn’t take the Wombles into account though and their plan was trashed. Especially around the Wimbledon common area.
