Swedish women though are no safer with Swedish men than men with a foreign background. Young people are in jeopardy because criminal gangs try to recruit them early for minor things to start with, then it escalates.

I think the European countries have decided [for good reason maybe], to withhold race or nationality information when a case reaches the police. This is what I find. If we want to go deeper into the facts and records, we may have to go about it differently, country by country perhaps.
