Debt as commonplace is not an excuse for massively increasing it.

Cuts to energy, cuts to R&D, cuts to the safety net for impoverished parents. So why does spending go up? What are the Republicans spending the trillions more dollars on?

I do know that. The inflation reduction act also should have been paid for.

So should Trump's agenda. If you want runaway government spending as trump does (the $3 trillion in deficit spending is in ADDITION to Bidens deficit spending) then pay for it with higher taxes.

Or decrease spending. Or both. It should be obvious to the average joes why it's a bad idea to increase spending and decrease taxes on billionaires.
