If implemented properly it would either significantly cut down on the number of injuries and deaths or the rate of knifings and other violent crimes would climb massively.
Which do you think would happen?

Let us also compare the statistics with any other country in the world that does have an effective gun ban. I'll let you pick the worst hell hole you can find in the world that has a very low number of guns in circulation and lets compare the crime statistics.
