Of course he didn't commit "treason" even if the allegation is true. The US Constitution specifically and exclusively defines treason:

Unlike say Robert E. Lee, General Miley did not "levy war" against the US. Nor is China even technically an enemy of the US, so the second part is inapplicable as well even assuming our top general making a phone call to avert a misunderstanding that might cause a war is "adhering" or "giving aid and comfort".

Even if not treason I want this trial and all the under oath witnesses to be broadcast live. No softball questioning from grandstanding politicians. Legal cross examination and definitive answers. What happened? Ask pence under oath: Did trump tell you he didn't want to be friends anymore if you certified election results? Let's get the record straight on that.
