A note that you all continue to be pent up about rich people, that they can get so rich in America, the world‘s greatest country because of the Rich.

When someone builds a successful company, they’re not just taking money….they’re usually creating something new (jobs, products, services).

A business owner hires workers , those workers earn income. The business buys supplies other businesses grow
Customers get something useful and overall quality of life improves.

Rich people often build systems that employ others. Most wealthy people didn’t get rich in isolation—they built or invested in things that involve lots of other people earning money

Investment multiplies opportunity, don’t you see. I teach this stuff.
Wealthy individuals often reinvest their money, like funding startups, buying other biz that helps the seller to reinvest the sales proceeds.
THIS More jobs, New companies etc
Without investment, many businesses simply wouldn’t exist.

Then there is incentive.
If people know they can succeed and build wealth, they’re gonna take risk, and yes, get rich.

Wealth is not built by taking it is built by building.

Question: just what would you have a rich person due ? Cash in? Stop producing and providing? To produce his widgets, he creates jobs. Where you gonna be employed? How would YOU get rich.

I don’t get it. Make a pie.

By what parameters are you classifying America as the world's greatest country?

Trump is doing his best to make his most fervent dream come true.

He's described America as having a corrupted government for the past 40 years, full of inept people who couldn't run a Dairy Queen (ice cream shop for you Brits).

Now he's making it all come true!

Side note: I don't even respond to AJ much any more, unless he's being personally abusive. Bullchitters gonna bullchit!

O just a silly opinion. Based on a combination of factors, like economic strength, individual freedom, big-time global influence, innovation and opportunity.
The USA is not perfect, no country is, but across these categories, I think the USA stands out more than any other, certainly the UK. How are you doing for instance with global influence? And your avg income of $50,000 (US) compared to our $69,000 US. And the USA ranks higher with free speech, makes for a freer society. The USA is without doubt the Global Innovation Leader.
So, just my opinion. 😀

Your global influence and reputation are on the rocks. Didn't you know?

Don't you guys also have unsustainable debt and a massive gun control problem?

Not meaning to be rude, but on my list of greatest countries, America doesn't even make the top 10.

Kudos though on the whole NASA thing...

Militarily at least. Maybe economically.

Quite a few legendary accomplishments too. Nuclear weapons. Land on the Moon. Panama canal. Winning side of two World Wars. The one and only former "hyperpower" though not any more.

Yes, we do.

At least we need more Americans who care about America like he does.

Passion is the key.

The only thing Trump is passionate about is himself. Why do you think he prefers a red tie?

Don't get me wrong, America is an amazing country in many ways. (The recent adventure in space a good example).

But I don't equate being the most powerful as being the greatest, or the richest as being the greatest. etc

The greatest country is one that is an example to the world, with a safe, stable and well rooted moral core.
