My understanding is that they already won a civil lawsuit. Criminal cases should come from Pam bondis office.

The definitive doj statement from trumps last administration which hasn't been corrected said there were over 1000 victims, although most haven't come forward.

As for relevance, perhaps you are also unaware that he (KS) has been accused of predatory sexual behavior on two occasions that I know of -- which significantly affected his career, and which probably confirmed to a lot of prejudiced people that ALL gay men are child molesters.
