I think they are a lot more crooked than you initially thought. As a nation Somalia ranks high on the corruption index. As a people they are among the most violent. Their culture and religion is Islam and they have embraced crooked lifestyles. The most notable one is a billion $$ business hijacking boats, taking hostages and demanding exorbitant ransoms. Hundreds of people have suffered just by passing near to these criminals. The US will do well to deport as many of these animals as they can and never take in refugees, cut all aid to their country.
