Kewpie certainly did. As I understand it, the child's mother and legal guardian has rejected any contact with the Biden family (other than money for support). If the child's father has no right of contact, why should her grandfather have any right of contact? You really do think in very strange and illogical ways.

Now go and study up the basic human things that you appear not to have been taught, like not poking your nose into other people's family business, and give long-suffering forum readers a break. Please.
