As to what did Trump do about Chicago, he called out the governor and mayor and all the rest of those losers, tried to get them to clean it up. Biden DOES NOT do that, as they are all brothers. Trump aint NEAR being their brother. He found it all horrible, and said so. Not much more that a president of 50 states and thousands of cities can do about it. If he got involved, he would have to then get involved in the sleaze of all of those cities, and frankly, a few states like CA.
That should answer your question about Trump. Jesus. Did you want him to walk the streets there?
