I KNOW there is anti Chinese bias in the US, it has been going on since the early railroad days.

Nobody as far as I know is saying in blanket statements Chinese science is inferior but you of course know full well some Chinese companies go in for industrial espionage because they are simply too lazy to do the science on their own, a LOT cheaper to steal someone else's intellectual properties than invest billions of their own money duplicating what has been done and not just stealing from the US.
But of course for you NO Chinese would EVER stoop to such espionage, totally fake news because the Chinese are WAY too honest to ever try such tactics.

I wasn't condemning them, only pointing out industrial espionage exists in China and as you say, in most other countries but China has made a big deal out of it which is not to say I think the US doesn't do the same.
