Yeah, me. I make the frickin' rules around here. Mind your business and I might go easy on you.
Did you find it that hard to skip STANG's threads ?

What was the real reason for you alerting moderators against STANG over and over again ?

Was it because you couldn't deny STANG's concerns about America's behaviour under Bush ?

I think if you come here, just like anywhere, you agree to a set of rules. If you break those rules, you lose your privileges. Imagine some putz at a classy restaurant - forget that, a dirt-floor bar - walking around to every patron present and saying to them, over and over, "VIOLENCE LEADS TO VIOLENCE". Do you think that person's quote-unquote "free ...[text shortened]... not to have that extra drink and just maybe not to come back?

Stang should stay gone.
I'm surprised to see you say such a thing. I thought you believed in AMERICA - LAND OF THE FREE! Why should your opinions and your free speech be of value but not Stang's?

You sound more and more like a commie to me.

It's only Americans that are allowed to be free. It's American free speech that matters, not other countries'.

See the "Xanthos" thread regarding someone who has repeatedly been moderated without a banning and certainly not an indefinite ban as applied to STANG.

How about, instead of moderators giving a permanent ban, the 'public' here gets to vote on whether a user gets a permanent ban or not.

Democracy in action.

Obviously this will happen only after the normal moderator procedures are followed.
If the offender is then voted off the site democratically, no-one can whine about it afterwards.
