I think New Year's Eve is making me feel nostalgic. Anyway, I was thinking about the past year on RHP and remembering some forum posters now gone, like STANG. Just wondering if anyone is still in contact with him?

Glad you brought him up. I'd forgotten about him. I hope he managed to get his life straightened out, or at least is making progress in that direction. StarValleyWyoming is another who seems to have vanished.

Yea, I enjoyed reading his posts. I seem to stumble along here less and less, but SVW was always an incentive. IIRC, he left for awhile about a year and a half ago (?), then came back, then left again.

SlimJim is still around. I think he just kind of got tired of the same arguements over and over in the debates forum....

Yeah, he's one of the few people who had an open mind and knew what was really going on in the world! 🙂

I miss STANG, I really do. I completely disagreed with him on just about everything but his arguments truly made me chuckle.

I miss 7ate9 cause he was the same way, and probably the same person.

However, I don't miss the rampant community vs one person scapegoating that goes on here. Everybody who was a jerk to these people should be ashamed of yourselves.
