This is an official document of a US District court, and has not been appealed.
So first thesis: The document is valid.
Objections?
first question:
On Page 1 there is a claim, that there was a violent attack on the Capitol.
So we all agree that it was not mainly a few people taking a stroll.
Objections?
Lets ahve another paragraph from the document (page 21, last paragraph):
The gravity of these offenses demands deterrence. This was not a protest. And it is important to convey to potential future rioters, especially those who intend to improperly influence the democratic process, that their actions will have consequences.
@Ponderable
And we have to wonder what Trump will do next time. Those ultrarightwingnut repubs running for their lives on Jan 6 and a week later puking out Trump's tune is disgusting on the face of it, like Jim Jordan, intimately involved with the planning of the attack, running a circus trying to impeach Biden with zero evidence where his own lawyers said there was nothing to impeach but that is not even the point, the point is the circus which he thinks riles up his base, total revenge and nothing more, besides that, repubs are not even denying they have no interest in policy ONLY on revenge and keeping power no matter how the get it.
