Apparently the statute of limitations will mean a lot of the tax fraud engaged in by the Trump family as Fred endeavoured to transfer his wealth to his progeny and avoid gift and estate taxes, will not place DJT in legal jeapordy but DJT may still suffer the ignominy of being liable to pay back civil fines on tax fraud.
