I said difficult, not impossible. Sure, there are cartel convictions all the time. And there are also plenty of cartels which continue without problems. Like Adam Smith said, the law should not facilitate cartels because they form naturally in the free market.

We all know you to be a conservative in the best sense: with a thoughtful commitment to family values, a proper pride in your ethnic/religious heritage, and a decent respect for the best institutions and traditions of your country. Don't let the right-wing radicals tell you anything different! Maintain the standards of pragmatic, reasonable American conservatism!
