You do know that the Democratic Party and the Republican Party basically switched sides, don't you? The Civil War era Southern Democrats became Republicans and vice versa. Or did you skip that chapter of US History?
I know DeSantis is busy banning the books he doesn't like about white history, but come on, man, this is common knowledge.
