This is new information for me I thought was interesting. I don't know much about it but maybe someone else does.

I was under the impression not all people can be hypnotized so I wonder if that was the case with TV experiments. Is this mostly hype?
@metal-brain saidAre we actually talking about hypnosis, or just subliminal messaging? I'm thinking your links have a high probability of either infecting my system with a virus or barraging me with porn site ads.

Movie theaters dabbled with subliminal messaging until it was outlawed 50 or more years ago, I think. Single frames depicting, say, popcorn or sodas would be slipped into a film to get patrons to buy more junk at the concession stand. It actually worked, which I suppose is why it was made illegal.
@soothfast saidIt put people asleep.

@metal-brain saidIt’s real. It’s called Father of the Bride part 2.
It put people asleep.
Horrible, horrible experience.
@soothfast saidYeah. That’s where they exchanged 1 in 27 (I think it’s 27 or 28 frames per second) frames with produce, 5 minutes before the interval.

It was banned indeedy do.
Actual hypnosis via TV sounds very unlikely.
But then again, listen to the right-wingers on this forum. Something’s happened to them.

That is what I thought about mind control until I found out about MKULTRA.
Rejecting something out of incredulity alone is a foolish thing to do. Havn't you learned that yet? You did that over SARS2 lab origin. You did that over the gene vaccines. How many times will you reject facts before you learn not to.
You do not have an open mind. That is a problem you will have to confront sooner or later. Why is it taking you so long?

@Metal-Brain
It is YOUR fantasy world taking so long to come to reality. You do not live a real life, you live in a fantasy world where you are always right and everyone else is wrong.
@sonhouse saidWhy did the BBC ban TV hypnosis?

Common sense should tell you it was not banned because it does not work.

Why do you resist reality so much? Can't you deal with reality?
@Metal-Brain
I never said it didn't work. I personally HATE commercials BECAUSE they work. I think the gods of electronics we have DVR so we record something and fly through the stupid ads especially medical ones, Tell your doctor if you are allergic to some med or have allergies. Really? TELL YOUR DOCTOR? Because he would not know a THING about your medical history?
What a crock of shyte.
It seems now med ads are the majority of ads on TV now, that and car insurance.
Those ads work BECAUSE they are hypnotizing the audience who sticks to the TV screen like glue because they are frigging hypnotized and don't even know it.
@sonhouse saidNo, you are talking about propaganda. That is not hypnotism.
