Item 1:
Average Joe: Look what the people who work for Biden have cooked up to thwart our president. You and they are sickening, you do not disappoint.
Do you think for a second that Biden came up with this? A 1953 law? Yet, you follow, you and Sonhouse, the usual lemmings, your queer yellow brick road .

From his link:
"One area Biden intends to permanently protect is a stretch of coastal waters from North Carolina to Florida, according to the two people knowledgeable about the plan. Trump had imposed a 10-year moratorium on oil and gas exploration in that region by using the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act. He took that step while he was courting voters in those states during his unsuccessful bid for reelection in 2020."
I guess they "cooked up" what Trump had already done though there was no complaining from right wingers like Joe at the time.

"That didn't stop Abbott from extending his sympathies to the late First Lady, according to a statement posted to EIN Presswire early Monday morning.
"Cecilia and I send our prayers and deepest condolences to First Lady Rosalynn Carter and the entire Carter family," he wrote.
"His statement has since been updated to read":

Here's another among many internet articles verifying the original statement:
"The governor’s office released a revised statement two hours later which removed the reference to the former First Lady."

B) Even if that's what happened, it shows crass stupidity for Abbott to allow such a press statement to be released in his name without bothering to check it's accuracy to avoid such a gross error.
