This is the CBS. The official Dutch statistical
Bureau.

They keep track of every death (and a lot more).
It’s in Dutch, so you’ll have to do a bit of work to translate it. At the top right, you can switch it to English, but I don’t know how detailed that will be.

Basically the reasons for over average death ratea are:
- corona waves
- flu (from March ‘till July)
- old age

And there’s a chance the current heat wave won’t make matters better.

So, basically, 2 years of no flu and then a flu epidemic, killed more people over 80 than usual.
