Yeah I know it is going through some problems now.
Not knowing how it will get drugs after leaving EU.
Unable to fill positions with UK employees....

The vast, vast majority of people in the UK value the NHS.
If they didn't a Farage type would have made it a
political question - its cost is far, far more than the EU.

Here in the US they fuk you out of your money but you do get faster service. Whether it is better of course is up in the air but it is faster.

You may get initial consultation quicker but my understanding is that many
patients in US are passed from one specialist to another and undergo way
more scans and x-rays and examinations because all the doctors are
frightened of litigation. Which makes the US system expensive, inefficient
and ineffective (look at average life spans).
