I'm sure it is, but I'd prefer to spend my elderly years going on walks, yoga, lunch with my wife at our favorite restaurant, and exploring the variations of the Slav defense in my little office, NOT locked up 23 hours a day with a 300-pound gang banger who insists on a variety of sexual favors - or else!

Completely understandable.

Of course what I had in mind is that SOME PEOPLE seem to have the mindset (probably based on valid observations) that they can do whatever they want and the law will take so long to catch up with them that eventually they might get away with whatever.

I strongly doubt that I am a member of that class of people, though.
