@no1marauder saidI have never seen you write the word 'liberty'. I have assumed it conflicts with government control, as the two cannot exist simultaneousl.
There's no need for an "abortion clause" in the Constitution; if you knew anything about the political philosophy of the Founders and Framers you'd know that they did not believe human writings created rights. They did believe that you had a right to "liberty" though.
The person in my photograph didn't have any direct part in writing the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution though he was one of the intellectual pillars of the philosophy behind both.
I love lib confusions. Do you know that is impossible for open borders and welfare to exist at the same time? Think about it. It must cause you all to wet your beds, these conflicts.
@averagejoe1 saidI was going to answer this inane post, but why bother? It's just more stupidity.

@sonhouse saidIf I were an 1800, I would step back and look at myself ....wondering what my friends would think! Or, would I tell them!
@AverageJoe1
You are putting down a person WAY above your pay grade. And chess rating.
But to the point, you know about our 'pay'?!?!?!
@no1marauder saidShow us a post where you incorporated the word liberty. It conflicts with government control....the more government, the less liberty. Get Sonhouse to look it up for you!

So, you ARE about government involvement in our lives, so, you cannot be for liberty. Where am I wrong?

@sonhouse saidA high rating means nothing when your "opponent average rating" is 1550. 🙄

He beats up on bums.
Sonhouse...your average opponents are 200 points higher than his.

@sonhouse saidSonhouse............... It seems that you find the Trump matters more interesting to banter about than say, for instance, the Twitter/Musk saga, the great current drama. Do you even know about it?
@AverageJoe1
You will never answer my question about Trump ALREADY having TWO fraud charges against him resulting in 25 MILLION in fines.
You are WAY too busy to respond to THAT.
Trump???zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
How can you judge Trump when even the committee has yet to judge him? Can you predict their findings?
@AverageJoe1
So many good current events and the haters keep screaming about Trump to get away from their democrat problems 🙄
@ron-desantis saidThankyou. To be honest, I had a covid setback big time, still have a voice problem, and dropped from a 1280 all the way down. Had to strategize!! Easier to beat these boys on the debate stage.

Look at Marauder, just today, saying that Mott doesn't understand the political philosophy, but the judges do? When they are both looking at the same set of facts and arriving at the same conclusion?.
You see, this is a win for me, but I dont get no respect!
@ron-desantis saidI can see why they cannot stand FOX, Fox doesn't preach enough about what the Dems can lean on and depend on. But I think that they WOULD learn a bit each day at 4PM, Kudlow on FOX BUSINESS news.

#1 is over 2100, not 1800. My guess is he makes more than you. BESIDES being about ten time smarter.
@sonhouse saidSee above post about his rating.

And No1 ain't no lawyer.
Probably a para legal or something.
@averagejoe1 saidIt is the essence of government to protect "liberty" insofar as it doesn't interfere with the liberty of others. Outside of society and government, your liberty is unsafe thus:

"But though men, when they enter into society, give up the equality, liberty, and executive power they had in the state of nature, into the hands of the society, to be so far disposed of by the legislative, as the good of the society shall require; yet it being only with an intention in every one the better to preserve himself, his liberty and property; (for no rational creature can be supposed to change his condition with an intention to be worse) the power of the society, or legislative constituted by them, can never be supposed to extend farther, than the common good; but is obliged to secure every one’s property, by providing against those three defects above mentioned, that made the state of nature so unsafe and uneasy. And so whoever has the legislative or supreme power of any common-wealth, is bound to govern by established standing laws, promulgated and known to the people, and not by extemporary decrees; by indifferent and upright judges, who are to decide controversies by those laws; and to employ the force of the community at home, only in the execution of such laws, or abroad to prevent or redress foreign injuries, and secure the community from inroads and invasion. And all this to be directed to no other end, but the peace, safety, and public good of the people."
John Locke, Two Treatises of Civil Government Chapter 9, sec 131.
