Trump admitted collusion a long time ago, the Mueller investigation merely found that, according to the extremely weak laws protecting against foreign influence in American elections, no crime was committed by the Trump campaign pertaining to their conspiracy against the U.S. The investigation also found Trump obstructed justice (which Trump already had admitted to anyway), but Barr lied about this in his initial summary.
