Just the other day, the Oklahoma legislature proposed that kids in their state learn that there were "irregularities" in the 2020 election. There is a huge deal going on with a hidden provision on that 'beautiful bill':

That is the death knell of our democracy if passed. It would cripple SCOTUS and lower courts from enforcing injunctions, court orders and the like.
CONGRESS says who gets money and if they cut off enforcement funds, not their paychecks just the money to send cops or marshals to effect their orders.
In practical terms it is cleverly designed to make Trump LITERAL KING Trump because SCOTUS is the last bastion of ANYONE trying to control the abuse of power of Trump, like the SCOTUS order, Facilitate the release of Garcia from El Salvador.
If passed, SCOTUS and lower courts would have ZERO money to pay cops or Marshalls to arrest whomever the injunction, court order, contempt, whatever, The courts are drippled, turned into an advice column.
Trump at that point just gives SCOTUS his middle finger, NOT ONLY AM I NOT FOLLOWING YOUR ORDERS, YOU ARE NOW UNDER ARREST FOR TREASON.
One possibility of Trump realizing he is now KING Trump.
Stopping elections dead in their tracks, declaring martial law, using military to quell protests, shooting them if he wants with ZERO accountability.
