Businesses pay countless billions in taxes, employee millions of people and are denied the right to vote. People on welfare produce next to nothing. Government should spend more time meeting the needs of its productive assets and not just worry about its biggest failures.

so the people who have a second job and don't do well are what? more than 1 in 10 teachers in the US have to rely on a second job income and that's but one example. Are they lazy? They are pretty educated, they are teachers. Should they have picked another profession? who would have been teachers then?
