Shav is right. Shouldn't the entire government resign over wasting taxpayers' money on the Olympics?

Anyhow, was the £4000 really wasted? It depends on what she bought and how happy it made her! Perhaps she didn't have a right to spend the money, but that doesn't mean it was wasted!

Using taxpayer's money to pay for his wife to go on private shopping trips is clearly an abuse of the Speaker's Office.
