She's resigned, but she isn't taking the fall. According to her, the decision to politicize the funding began well before she took the job.

The problem for Komen is that once this controversy came out, the media took a close look and discovered that most of their funds go to their administration (anybody remember the United Way scandal of the 80s?). Their days may be numbered.
