If someone named Obama or Clinton had gone to another country, trying to dig up dirt on their political opponent, the GOP would be screaming "traitor" from the rooftops.

I watched an old movie last night.
Inherit the Wind. Spencer Tracy in 1960. Evolution on trial.
Good movie. Found myself trying to contemplate the notion that people have advanced from the first half of the 20th century.
Unfortunately, we underestimate the power of mass stupidity.

But you’ve missed my point completely.
That being, if Biden is guilty as sin, hypothetically, then the actions of Trump constitute trying to bully a foreign country into an act of election meddling.
And this after evading collusion and obstruction of justice indictments by the skin of his teeth.
That the country in question happens to be the Ukraine under threat of losing $250m in military aid that helps fend off Russia, led by none other than Vladimir Putin, make the whole fiasco even more odious !!
But hey !!
Complete and total exoneration !! 😆
