As the US have gained itself the right to have missiles every nation has the right to have them. E.g. we as Germans refuse to have atomic warfare capacities. Every Islamic nation has the right to obtain WMD if their biggest enemy have it. The US however have the right to build antimissile system on their territory (and just do not start with KUBA or wherever).

If everyone wants to know the truth of the matter, I think the world would be great if countries only had a limited amount of nukes, to only be used for experimentation(such as for the space era).
But, there is a problem, Chinese have too much honor to be the first to bow down, so they absolutely will not do it until the americans do it. And the americans have too much pride to bow down, so they will not do it, until the chinese do it.
So, either we keep pile up tension till something gives, and a bunch of bricks fall on our head, or we break the tension and get out of the way of the bricks. Or, third option, someone comes with a way to not do either.
