The 'Wind farm' fiasco in England

Once again Blair's government has wasted taxpayers money investing in these unsightly 'wind farms' which have failed to operate efficiently owing to insufficicient wind power in England according to the latest report from the Renewable Energy Foundation. Some are operating as low as 8% efficieny.

8% efficiency, eh? Don't tell this government, they'll build 12 times as many and announce they've hit their target.
