Two days after the presidential election, Stewart Rhodes messages his Oath Keepers volunteers, telling them: “We aren’t getting through this without a civil war"


They'll be no civil war folks. While many on the right wing delight in making scary speeches, dressing in camouflage clothing, driving military style vehicles, and carrying guns in a pathetic attempt act macho and scare people, only a small percentage of them are ambitious enough to undertake the physical "grunt work" of waging an actual war. Although Mr. Rhodes has a law degree, most of these people are under educated, middle-aged white guys, angry and scared at the changing world around them, and feel helpless as more and more women and minorities assume legitimate positions of power. This group and the "so called" militias bear watching by law enforcement, but they have neither the weaponry, tactical skill (and most important) the ambition to carry out a civil war. 🙂

How small is the small percentage? 1%?

1% of 74 million is a lot of people.

1% of Trump voters comes close to the number of active military members in the USA. And some percentage of those active military are Trump supporters. There's enough for a war, for sure.

The cops and the military would be on the Conservative side.

Just because it's a civil war doesn't mean the cops and military have to do what the government tells them.
They would choose a side and right now we would get ALL of the cops and probably 75% of the military.
All that added to our base...which is 50 % or more of the civilian population.

The next Civil War can't be compared to the first one. Not at all.
