? The jury is the decider of fact. Even Suzianne knows that!😄. The lawyer does not have to ‘believe’ one thing that a defendant says.
So how is your morning going. Trump seems to already be President.
So you don't want to talk about the fact you NEVER question a word Trump says.

As Kamala once said, 'nothing comes to mind', as to what he says. What has he said that I (not you) should find questionable/?
However, things he has Done I have questioned, the latest being pick Gaetz....come on Donald, we want some squeaky clean guys in there, mainly to get the hyenas off of your heels so you can trust a loyal administration to carry out your plans to clean up all that has happened.
Another thing, while you guys question his time off (playing golf, etc) I question why he does not slow down a bit, he is a whirling dervish. Don't want him to burn out, a lot to be done. Let him keep getting fresh air and exercise.

On another note, The Pardon means that Hunter Dons NOT have to pay his landlord $300K. Luckily we have friends on SCOTUS, so pray his pardon will be overturned. Or if you disagree, then tell the landlord to go F' himself. This story has legs, Sonhouse. An example of the corruption of the Bidens. This is why i will not waste time on old news like your treasured Jan 6.

"The Supreme Court has made clear that, subject to the exception for impeachment, the president’s power to grant pardons is “unlimited,” with virtually no oversight or limiting role for Congress. In Ex parte Garland, which involved President Andrew Johnson’s pardon of a lawyer who had served in the legislature of the Confederacy, the court indicated that the president’s pardon power covers all federal offenses. The president can issue a pardon at any point after a crime is committed and before, during or after criminal proceedings have taken place. The president cannot, however, pardon someone for future crimes. A pardon covers both the offender’s conviction for the crime and the sentence for that crime."

Wages went up under Trump: Take home pay ROSE over 9%.
Under Biden, up thru November, take home pay it plunged 3.7%

One more thing…….
Median household income during Trump term: Rose $7,700, adjusted for inflation.
Median household income during Biden’s term up to now went up only $1,000. One Thousand.

The sooner President Trump can restore the blue collar, ...[text shortened]... stock. It’s respect, he does command respect. Biden was not invited. Reason.? No respect .
I hope he wrongly draws on a weather map again.

All something to mull over, SCOTUS will have its handsful.
I think the idea that he could have murdered someone last year, or 8 years ago, the pardon would cover that crime. Surely you cannot be agreeing with this all-encompassing pardon?

You didn't get the part where SCOTUS themselves said a pardon cannot be reversed?

My my, you seem quite thrilled, gleeful, that this bad person, whom you would not sit next to in church, is being pardoned. His crime family has sucked you in. Like Hitler sucked his countrymen in.

I am curious why your wonderful president just gave about an hour ago $1B to some country. Their are real americans suffering in the Ashville area of North Carolina due to the hurricane, getting nothing. Some of these people are coal miners, Sonhouse. I like the orange man, you like the grey man. I like our chances more. You should prepare one of your screeds for later when Trump shows successes left and right..
Funny you all say that Trump only cares about himself. Tne close knit Bidens do not give a hoot about anyone, certainly not the people in NCarolina who are wailing for help.. YOu will never see Trump ignore people in need.

Oh, I know you are wondering what country. Angola, IN AFRICA!!!!! I'm not veryhappy with you, little man. Not at all. Can you ever take a stand on the right side of humanity?

@AJoe1,
Trump issued a total of 144 pardons during his first four years in office: 1 in 2017, 6 in 2018, 11 in 2019, 52 in 2020, and 74 in January 2021. N/A – Arpaio's pardon was issued after his conviction, but prior to his being sentenced.

Hunter Biden was pardoned for his conviction by a jury in Delaware and a guilty plea in California. Hunter Biden was also pardoned for federal crimes "he committed or may have committed" between Jan. 1, 2014 through Dec. 1, 2024.

2017?? Whew. Send us something we can talk about. Turkey.

2014. Ten years. But answer the question....What if he did something really bad, that we are not aware of?. Like Murder? Can you answer without using the Suzianne-laced modus?
But note the real issue....it is not how to treat Hunter, it is the way that his pitiful father has once again made a bad decision, and why he should never have been president. He has never been on the right side of anything. Trump is a walking 'right side'.

This is wearing on me. I will punish you by having SHouse write you a long post..

This here post is that the pitiful old man Biden, obviously to save his entire enteprise of greed, and his llleeeegggacy, has set in stone that no matter what Hunter has done in the last TEN yeears, he is absolved of.
Frankly, I don't know what your ensuing posts mean. Thoght I was pretty clear. And you will not answer my question. You join the ranks of SHouse and Marauder.
