Well I think if you remember what state of the union speeches have looked like over the past 30 years, usually the president is asking congress to do things to make America better. This is the whole point of the speech.

Do you think Trump did not celebrate the boy with cancer and bring people together. I don’t mean your people who are sitting down. But 79% of the country, a CBS poll, says that they all loved the speech.
