Well, the problem is that you've conflated two separate truths and come up with an ugly monster. I have no idea who the censorship guys at RHP are, but as a former editor, I'd trash your bile in a heartbeat:
First, yes Pakistani girls are often forced to marry their uncles, sometimes cute little angels are forced together with smelly, fat drunken ne'er-do-wells. And yes, this has resulted in genetic problems, even horrifying abominations -- given the poor lasses had no choice.
But there is a mile-wide gulf between these hemophiliacs and the disaffected teens pouring nitro into their I-pods. These kids are losers. And they get picked up by bigger adult losers who give them a cause and some secrecy and a sense of worth, however perverted.
