Not protected is speech or behavior that:
• Disrupts classes or school operations (e.g., shouting over teachers, blocking hallways).
• Threatens or harasses others.
• Incites violence or illegal acts.
• Uses ‘obscene or lewd language’ in school-sponsored settings.

Lots of examples come up. Some are in fact inciting violence and some are nonsensical and petty. People are tired of Islam and living in fear of the day Islam turns on a dime and their country becomes like so many parts of the world where they are killing Christians for not converting to Islam.
