You're counting the people who were watching football. 125 million were already watching the game.
When the halftime show started, 8-10 million people tuned in for the halftime show and about 20 million turned it off when the halftime show started. The second half viewership was terrible because many people stopped watching, boring game and lame gay halftime show.
That's bad because companies who paid for commercials lose out.

And your SBowl facts are right on. And the TZM Sports poll was NOT about how many people tuned in. Other countries are not queued in to our social norms such as KRock. It would be like us watching some Nairobi dancers. We wouldn't.
