Last week Biden said he convinced Strom Thurmond to vote for the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
Except Thurmond didn't vote for it.
And Biden was only 21 at the time and didn't know him.

He said the "Civil Rights Act" not "the 1964 Civil Rights Act":
