His very last statement tonight was something like...
"Remember that solving problems is always to do with the answer -- never the question."
It made my heart happy that he should end on such a stupid statement.
How about "If you don't ask the correct question, all the answers in the world won't help."
It's amazing. Talking heads should be licensed as dangerous weapons, and pollution sources of an extremely noxious and toxic nature.

I wish he could just think about that. Failure to recognize the questions always gets one in trouble. A lack of an answer for the want of a question explains much of the human condition of misery and poverty. Perhaps. But platitudes are what "nightly news" is all about.
