are you the King of the Forum (or Queen, if it happens to be the missus at the keyboard at the moment)?

Yes, let's just remove speed limits everywhere, I'm sure that will get no one killed.

why shouldn't i? should i ask myself with every post, "well, FMF wouldn't like it, maybe i shouldn't post that"?
Just seems odd - posting the opinions of people from other web sites, even though they are not members of this community and cannot argue or answer for whatever corner they raise. Shades of zeeblebot himself, maybe. No one else does it here really, this rather furtive hiding behind cuts and pastes. And you sort of pout and squeal when you're tackled on it, too (as seen in your two posts immediately above). Perhaps there is some psychological factor in play - as Palynka recently suggested.

and it's odd to FMF and Palynka, so no one can do it?

why do we need the "other people" to defend their points? your attempt at a logical attack is based on just the weakest sort of grounds. why even make it?

anyone can see the OP and decide for themselves which bits of it they agree and disagree with, and comment on those bits or not, as they like. whining about it is typical of only a few, mostly yourself (or yourselves).

That may be true, but I still have no sympathy for people who get caught doing 85 in a 55 and then whine that if he were a cop he'd have gotten off.
How fast are you allowed to drive in US? Are there any 'auto-bahns' with no limit?

here is a table. looks like the maximum speeds are 80 mph, the max allowed in Texas and Utah.

Montana used to have a "reasonable and prudent" standard, but no longer. an old guy got a ticket for going 90 in his new Camaro, took it to the state supreme court and won, since "reasonable and prudent" is capricious. so the state legislature put it at 75.
