Say a federal agency has a room where people seal envelopes for mailing, .....Musk finds 30 people in the room. He has one of his techies run an algorithm to see how many people that that agency requires to seal envelopes.
They find, and they can prove, that 20 people can process all of the envelopes each day. ( oh lord , I think I lost you, but will now ask the question)......
Do you think that, with efficiency and waste concerns, that 10 of the employees should be let go?
