You never answered my question as to what your libertarian guy is all about, what does he think about foreign policy for instance, something I don't hear much from the libertarian circles or what kind of laws would he make if he was POTUS and had House and Senate in his back pocket?

Putting a Libertarian in the WH does not mean that a complete remake would be in order, such as no taxes.
It would take some time to make America a volunteer country. a long time
