I doubt it. Company claw backs are just business as usual during economic hard times, and while employers can't directly freeze employees bank accounts, delays in direct deposit paychecks due to "administrative backlogs" and other excuses are not uncommon.

Jack Spratt makes minimum wage and tries to support his family.
His paycheck is stripped of Federal wage taxes, Social Security tax, and state wage tax.

Did Jack do anything wrong to deserve this? Did Jack OWE anything to any one of those Gov agencies?
