Diversity, Equity and Inclusion should be a no-brainer.
If you are against this, then you obviously think some Americans aren't equal, some Americans should not be included, and having a diversity of ideas is not the one single thing that has made America great. Because you hate these concepts, you also hate America. As a country we should embrace all these things, especially if we are serious about having a civil rights act and leveling the playing field for all Americans. All of you who instead embrace a "white-ocracy" don't care about actually improving America. All you care about is yourselves, and this is why you love Trump, because he has made selfishness "cool".
America will never be "great" until we raise up the least of our brothers. Making monuments to whomever is on top of the dung heap this week won't do it. No one is great until we're ALL great.
