Unbeatable? He has lost almost ALL cases he tried to sue people or companies, but the first batch of lawyers he sued paid up with hundreds of thousands in free legal work. 2 Federal cases against Trump were dropped followed by a SCOTUS ruling giving "broad immunity" for acts while president.
All IRS audits dropped
Seems pretty damn unbeatable.
No amount of bad press, investigations or immoral act seems to stop him.
He's profiting from a war while the U.S. pays the bill; nothing will happen to him.
No Republican can stand up to him without losing their job or their election.
After all this, he only gets more popular with his own base and Republicans get more powerful with elections rigged in their favor.

He'll pardon himself before leaving office and I see no reason why this conservative SCOTUS wouldn't uphold it. If someone like Vance wins, he'd pardon Trump anyway.
