Yes, we're a nation of laws and there are laws covering how persons are deported which assure them due process. Trump is ignoring them here and sending persons who have not been legally deported nor convicted of any crime to a prison in El Salvador for an indefinite period and paying taxpayers funds to that nation's government to do so without Congressional authorization.

Don't fall for it, it is one of his devices to get away from losing arguments. Did he answer whether some mean neighbors sitting at his dining room table (trespass) are illegal or not? Could they be considered menacing to his children, sitting at that table, which is another illegality such as assault and battery, it goes on and on. He flippantly says they are not illegal.
