That is the mentality which removes benches from public parks, to prevent homeless people from sleeping on them, rather than find out why people are homeless and doing something about it.

Is that you, Sonhouse? You actually know why they voted against? Well I know that there was more reasoning than that. It is a big picture you know, like a giant puzzle, many pieces, .....take away this , but if you do that, then this gets bigger, and if it does, then that as minimized, and we have 50 lobbyists in the hall of congress, all representing people in need, and we need to consider the neediest first, but at the same time,,,,,,well, you get my drift. Or, you don't.
