Sure, he was elected somehow but he is only there for HALF of us, Democrat states gets CRAP while red states gets the best stuff, whatever Trump blows our way, democrats are EXCLUDED which CLEARLY means he is NOT our president, he is the president over less than half of USA now,

I do know that nothing is set in stone like you say it is, since there are 50 paragraphs written about it, which means there is discussion. All of the possibilities you lay out here.
