Do you not recall that he COULD have jailed Hillary, but let her go? OK, sling a little Sonhouse at me, but that is a fact.
No, he couldn't have.

Why do you rely on revisionist history?

@Suzianne
He wants to distract anyway he can about the danger Trump represents. I assume therefore he is complicit in the whole affair to destroy democracy here and install a dictator.

There is a lot in this report but the bit that Milley did not like was Trump wanting to attack Iran which would have been disastrous but Trump doesn't care about consequences, he only thinks about the next 5 minutes not even the next 5 hours much less the next 5 years. He is incapable of thinking ahead.

It's not THAT funny, mate. We're fighting for survival, here.

Trump is the new Darth Vader. It would be like taking the New Republic and spinning it back so that it's only a Rebellion again. The difference in the movies is that Vader was defeated permanently. We can't get fooled again.
Sorry. You know I love you, but it is side-cracking fukking hilarious!

@shavixmir
It won't be hilarious when Putin comes knocking on YOUR door. Are you prepared for that?

@jj-adams said
What did he want Milley to do that he refused?
Let's start with martial law.

@Suzianne
Trump was pissed because ANY general saying ANYTHING against his wishes showed said general did not kiss his ring or ass whatever Trump required.

Putin will not attack the EU.

My my, Suzy the Jurist. He coudn't have? How so? Do you not remember the fraud that she perpetrated on the Court? The bought and paid-for dossier?
Methinks you once again try to muddy up a thread.

He could have. Like I say above, he might not have prevailed, but yes, he had every reason, to protect our country from this criminal activity, to bring charges.
Settle down, little feller. Some medicine is hard to swallow. But swallow you must.

How do you and Suzianne know so much stuff? and Sonhouse, he even knows WHY people do what they do,, what they were thinking.

Uhhhh, there is a new republic? When did that happen? You are really up on it, I will give you that. Please bring us all up to speed.

If Trump is so dangerous, why didn't he do all this when he was president?
he was too busy being the best President in history. I have already scraped together $100 and sent it to his re-election fund.

Logistics.
The EU is a vast territory with all sorts of obligations to protect each other. It would be very hard going and his supply lines would quickly become too stretched (much like Napoleon and Hitler encountered on their contra-adventures).

Economics.
Europe is a very rich neighbour to have. And during normal relations an excellent party to trade with.

Europe’s problem, as has always been the case, is itself.

Sigh.

Yes, she paid for that bit of opposition research. Doesn't mean it's not true.

There was no fraud perpetrated on any court, and as for the FISA court, the dossier was not their only research, either. So you are a tantrum in search of a target.

It's no secret, genius.
